Registered for a Class and Can’t Make it?
I issue full refunds for anyone who decides not to attend class for any reason with 24 hours advance notice via email email@example.com or text or voicemail at 612-508-0584. For cancellations less than one day in advance or no call/no show I offer credit with me for the full amount paid for future classes, or consultation time (but not useable for products) that never expires.
I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I have cancelled or rescheduled class due to the weather in the last 10 years of actively teaching. We live in Minnesota and we know that the weather and the road conditions can be challenging for a good part of each year. I do not cancel based on the forecast but on actual weather conditions in the late afternoon.
In the event that weather is severe enough to cancel class, I email all registrants with a rescheduled class sometime in the next two weeks based on what works for my schedule and registrants who can’t attend the make-up date will receive a full refund provided they let me know within one day of the rescheduled class.
I’m at a Birth!
In addition to my work as an herbalist, I am also a homebirth midwife. The possibility exists that I have to reschedule class because I will be at a birth. I text and email all participants to communicate class cancellation with as much advance notice as possible. After the birth, I email all participants with a rescheduled class date/time. If you can’t make it to the rescheduled class, just let me know and you will be issued a full refund.
